~Interior~

I had my seat cushions, seat backs, carpeting and sidewalls constructed by Becki Orndorff.  She is the wife of RV Hall of Fame great George Orndorff.  He's the guy in all of the construction videos that most builder's have used at one point or another.  You can see the products and services they offer at their website.

Becki took measurements over the phone and built my seats with my choice of fabric.  She has an excellent selection.

Here is the seatback.                                                                     Here is the seatbottom.

Close up of the detailed work that Becki does.  This is really top quality seamstress work!

Becki draws all of the pieces on the back of the fabric.  They are amazingly accurate.  All you do is cut out the fabric, and use spray adhesive to attach to the sidewalls.

Here the interior is starting to come together. There is some fussing occasionally, because the glues sets up pretty quick.   But for the most part it is pretty straight forward.  She includes a video that shows you how to install every piece in detail.  What you see here is done on both sides and is about 6 hours worth of work.  Actually, it was more like 10 combined hours with the help of my lovely girlfriend, Pam.  Don't try this alone.   It really helps to have a female around who has worked with fabrics and other craft related projects.   I opted for the padded armrest option that she offers.  It is far more comfortable than just covering the armrest.   Highly reccomended option.

Coleman sleeping bag mat is cust and fit into place.  It comes in 3/8" thickness, so two layers are  used to match the level of the floor stiffeners.
